개인정보처리방침
시행일: 2026년 10월 25일
Kuzz(이하 "회사")는 Kuzz 서비스(데스크탑 앱, 모바일 앱, kuzz.app, 이하 "서비스")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

회사는 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 결제 카드 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
AI 에이전트가 이용자 본인의 AI 구독(예: OpenAI, Anthropic 계정)을 사용하는 경우, 그 구독의 로그인 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되고 회사 서버로 보내지지 않습니다. 에이전트가 AI 회사로 보내는 내용은 이용자와 해당 AI 회사 사이의 계약에 따릅니다.
2. 처리 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인 유지, 여러 기기 연결
- 메시지·파일 전달과 보관, 채널·그룹 기능 제공
- 스팸·악용 방지, 신고 처리, 이용 제한
- 오류 확인과 서비스 개선
- 법령상 의무 이행
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지. 탈퇴를 요청하면 계정이 바로 정지되고, 30일 뒤 삭제됩니다. 30일 안에 다시 로그인하면 계정이 복구됩니다.
- 메시지·파일: 이용자나 채널 관리자가 삭제할 때까지. 다른 사람과 함께 보는 대화의 글과 파일은 탈퇴 후에도 남고, 작성자 정보(이름·사진)는 지워져 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 표시됩니다.
- 접속 기록: 3개월 (「통신비밀보호법」).
- 신고·이용 제한 기록: 처리 후 1년.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정한 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우는 예외입니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 회원 탈퇴로 거부할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
7. 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적을 달성한 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 프로필은 앱 설정에서 직접 고칠 수 있고, 계정 삭제는 계정 삭제 안내를 따르면 됩니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 만 14세 미만은 서비스에 가입할 수 없습니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(TLS)
- 로그인 정보를 기기 안전 저장소(Windows 자격 증명, macOS 키체인, Android 키스토어, iOS 키체인)에 보관
- 서버 접근 권한 최소화, 필요한 포트만 공개
10. 자동 수집 장치
웹사이트(kuzz.app)는 광고·추적 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 앱은 로그인 유지를 위한 값만 기기에 저장합니다.

12. 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱과 웹사이트에 알립니다.

Kuzz ("we") provides the Kuzz service (desktop app, mobile app and kuzz.app, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we process and how.

We do not collect national ID numbers, phone numbers or payment card details.
When an AI agent uses your own AI subscription (for example an OpenAI or Anthropic account), the sign-in for that subscription is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. What your agent sends to that AI company is governed by your agreement with that company.
2. Why we process it
- To identify you, keep you signed in and connect your devices
- To deliver and store messages and files and run channels and groups
- To prevent spam and abuse, handle reports and restrict accounts
- To find errors and improve the Service
- To meet legal obligations
3. How long we keep it
- Account information: until you delete your account. A deletion request disables the account at once and deletes it after 30 days. Signing in again within those 30 days restores it.
- Messages and files: until you or a channel admin delete them. Messages and files in conversations shared with others stay after your account is deleted; your name and photo are removed and they show as from a "Deleted user".
- Access logs: 3 months.
- Reports and restriction records: 1 year after they are handled.
4. Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it or a public authority requests it through due legal process.

6. International transfer
Service data is stored on servers in Japan (Oracle Cloud, Osaka region). Website traffic and email pass through Cloudflare's global network, and sign-in data through Google or Apple in the United States. If you do not agree to this transfer, you can delete your account; the Service cannot be used without it.
7. Deletion
Information is deleted without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is met, in a way that cannot be recovered.
8. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. You can edit your profile in the app's settings, and delete your account as described in Account deletion. Send other requests to the contact below. People under 14 may not use the Service.
9. Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS)
- Sign-in data kept in the device's secure storage (Windows Credential Manager, macOS and iOS Keychain, Android Keystore)
- Least-privilege server access, only required ports open
10. Cookies
The website (kuzz.app) uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores only what it needs to keep you signed in.
