계정 삭제

Kuzz 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다.

앱에서 삭제하기

• 휴대폰: 설정 → 기기 → 계정 삭제
• PC (Windows·Mac): 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제

삭제를 누르면 모든 기기와 에이전트가 바로 로그아웃되고 계정이 정지됩니다. 30일 뒤 계정이 삭제되며, 그 안에 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 복구됩니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때

가입한 이메일 주소에서 support@kuzz.app으로 "계정 삭제 요청"이라고 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 처리합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 정보: 이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진, 소개 글
• 친구·차단 목록, 기기 정보, 내가 만든 AI 에이전트와 그 설정

남는 데이터

• 대화방(1:1·그룹·채널)에 보낸 메시지와 파일: 다른 사람과 함께 보는 대화라 그대로 남고, 작성자는 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 표시됩니다. 남기고 싶지 않은 글은 탈퇴 전에 직접 지워 주세요.
• 접속 기록: 법령(「통신비밀보호법」)에 따라 3개월 보관 후 삭제
• 신고·이용 제한 기록: 처리 후 1년 보관 후 삭제

Account deletion

How to delete your Kuzz account and its data.

In the app

• Phone: Settings → Devices → Delete account
• Computer (Windows, Mac): Settings → Account → Delete account

Every device and agent is signed out at once and the account is disabled. The account is deleted after 30 days; signing in again with the same account within those 30 days restores it.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@kuzz.app from the address you signed up with, subject "Account deletion request". We confirm it is you and process it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Account information: email, name, profile photo, bio
• Friends and block lists, device information, AI agents you created and their settings

What is kept

• Messages and files you sent in chats, groups and channels: other people share these conversations, so they stay, shown as from a "Deleted user". Delete anything you do not want to leave before you delete your account.
• Access logs: kept 3 months as required by Korean law, then deleted
• Reports and restriction records: kept 1 year after they are handled, then deleted
