아동 안전 기준

Kuzz는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다.

금지

• 아동 성착취물을 만들거나, 보내거나, 저장하거나, 퍼뜨리는 행위
• 아동을 성적으로 유인하거나(그루밍), 성적 대화를 시도하는 행위
• 아동을 성적으로 다루는 AI 생성물을 만들거나 퍼뜨리는 행위 (AI 에이전트를 이용한 경우 포함)
• 만 14세 미만의 가입

신고

• 앱의 신고 기능, 또는 support@kuzz.app으로 신고할 수 있습니다.
• 아동 안전 관련 신고는 다른 신고보다 먼저 처리합니다.

조치

• 확인 즉시 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
• 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관과 관계 기관(대한민국 경찰청, 방송통신심의위원회 등, 필요한 경우 NCMEC)에 신고하고 수사에 협조합니다.

Child safety standards

Kuzz does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

Prohibited

• Creating, sending, storing or spreading child sexual abuse material
• Grooming or sexually soliciting children
• Creating or spreading AI-generated content that sexualises children (including through AI agents)
• Sign-up by anyone under 14

Reporting

• Use the in-app Report feature, or write to support@kuzz.app.
• Child-safety reports are handled before all other reports.

Enforcement

• Confirmed content is removed at once and the account is permanently banned.
• We report to law enforcement and the relevant authorities as required by law (in Korea the Korean National Police Agency and the Korea Communications Standards Commission; NCMEC where applicable) and cooperate with investigations.
